Rocket Dessert Deliveries
I bake something different each week and announce it here. If you decide you want some, message me and I will deliver it to your house (or to school) the next day by bicycle. You can pay me, trade me for some other food or service, or invite me over for dinner or something.

Food for Fundraiser
If you want orange ginger cookies, don’t give me any money. Instead, you have to donate to my fundraiser show on KDVS!
Pledge directly to my show to get cookies or make a general KDVS donation!
With your support, KDVS can keep broadcasting awesome underground, local, innovative, alternative alternative music, news and viewpoints. We’re trying to raise $60,000 so that we can continue operating as an outlet for entertainment and education in the dirty five-thirty and beyond!
In return, on top of cookies, we’ll send you new T-shirts, music packages, gift certificates and more!

Thanks for your help!

Citrus Madeleines

Madeleines are traditionally overpriced cookie-sized cakes. They are my favorite impulse purchase at cafes, with a shape and taste particularly satisfying as a light snack with coffee or tea. They’re really buttery, but still light and delicious.
So this week I’ll be delivering orange and lemon madeleines. I found the ultimate Meyer lemon hookup - the guys across the street have a tree that they said I can help myself to anytime! Gotta use those beauties up.
Message me if you want some!
Lime-Glazed Cookies
Citrus Month continues this week with lime-glazed cookies.

I’ll be delivering on Thursday. Let me know if you want some! Half-a-dozen or one-dozen packages, $4 or $8.
Spring Back in Action!
I’m officially declaring myself back in business as of this week, and I’m declaring April as Citrus Month. Inspiration courtesy of the 20 lb. Martha Stewart dessert book my parents got me for Christmas.
This week: Lemon Sugar Snaps

Message me if you want some. I don’t know how big these will turn out to be to determine a price right now, but we’ll work something out. I’ll be delivering Thursday at school and to your homes.
Winter Breaking
I just want to say that this is not an abandoned project! It’s just so cold that it’s hard to get back in the rhythm of biking all around town on deliveries.
But I’ve been experimenting with using rice flour (partly because Nadav asked if I could do gluten-free, and also because I’m afraid I might have a gluten allergy). Also I got a ton of primo baking gear for Christmas, so I’ll be all set when it warms up a little bit.
HOWEVER, if you want cookies or desserts for a specific event (a party, a show, your own gluttony), then talk to me and we can work something out.
Catered Cupcakes

Here’s the cupcakes I made for the show last weekend. I never knew mayonnaise was a common component to chocolate cakes, but it makes sense because it just replaces the fat and the egg. I thought it was weird, but people said they tasted good.

The show went well, and I look forward to more happening in that funny little space, especially when it won’t be 35 degrees out. My friends are musical, comedic and creative geniuses.
